How Our Pricing Works
Dolomitesafari prepares a personalized final quotation based on your request.
This proposal includes a precise overall cost of the journey, including mountain huts or hotel stays, built around your preferences and the style of experience you are looking for.
Once the program is confirmed, Dolomitesafari takes care of planning, coordination, and reservations with selected partner huts and accommodations. All details are clearly explained in your personal quotation, so you always know exactly what to expect.
This approach keeps everything transparent while allowing each journey to stay personal and flexible!
What Shapes the Final Price
Each Dolomitesafari is built around real mountain conditions and personal preferences. Some elements naturally influence the final quotation:
Season and travel period: peak dates or quieter moments of the season can affect overall logistics and accommodation availability.
Number of participants: smaller or larger groups change the guiding structure and daily organization.
Duration of the safari: more days mean a deeper journey, different routes, and varied accommodation choices.
Room type in huts or hotels: shared dormitories or private rooms will influence the final cost of the stay.
Terrain and activity style: on-piste ski safaris, backcountry routes, via ferrata programs, or rock climbing journeys each require a different level of planning and responsibility.
Special requests or extra logistics: private transfers, custom routes, or particular travel needs can slightly adjust the final structure of the experience.

Private Mountain Guide Daily Service
Although we specialize in multi-day itineraries, we also offer single-day experiences in both summer and winter.
Prices for a single-day experience may vary depending on the difficulty of the route, the season, and any additional requests.
Here are the per-person starting from rates based on the number of participants:
€450: 1 person
€260: 2 people
€190: 3 people
€160: 4 people
The service always includes:
A local english speaking IFMGA certified Mountain Guide
Hotel pick up & drop off
Climbing or via ferrata equipment
The service does not include:
Ski equipment rental
Ski passes and tickets for cable cars or ski lifts
Anything not specifically listed under “included”
Family Travel
Sharing the mountains with family can create some of the most meaningful memories. To encourage family adventures, Dolomitesafari offers a 20% reduction on guiding services for children and teenagers up to 17 years old.
The discount applies to multiday programs, both hut-to-hut safaris and hotel-based journeys. Please note that this family discount does not apply to last-minute bookings, defined as reservations made within 30 days of the tour start date.
