How to Book Your Dolomite Safari Adventure

  1. Get in Touch
Fill out our booking request form or contact us directly via email. Let us know your preferred dates, number of participants, and the type of experience you're looking for (day tour, hut-to-hut safari, custom trip, etc.).

  2. Personalized Proposal
Based on your preferences, we’ll send you a detailed proposal with itinerary, difficulty level, pricing, and availability.

  3. Confirm Your Booking
Once you're happy with the proposal, confirm your booking by email. We’ll send you a payment link or bank details to secure your spot.

  4. Deposit & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the pre-tour briefing, or on the morning of the tour for single-day experiences.

  5. Final Info Package
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, you’ll receive a complete info pack including:

    • What to bring

    • Where and when to meet

    • Guide details and contact

    • Weather and logistics updates (if close to the tour date)

Booking Conditions

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    • The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

    • 29 to 15 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total cost (excluding deposit)

    • Less than 15 days before the tour: no refund

  • Weather & Safety Changes
In case of extreme weather or safety concerns, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative tour or adjusted itinerary.
However, any additional costs (such as cancelled hut stays, new hotel bookings, or private transfers) will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Health & Medical Conditions
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, recent injuries, or other health concerns) that could affect their safety during the activity.

  • Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
For multi-day tours with overnight stays in mountain huts, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking, so we can coordinate with the hut staff in advance. While options may be more limited in remote locations, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Insurance
We highly recommend having travel insurance that covers mountain activities, trip cancellation, and medical emergencies.

  • Minimum Fitness & Experience
We’ll help you choose a route suited to your level. Please ensure you meet the required conditions—your safety is our top priority.

  • Children & Families
Some routes are suitable for children aged 7 and up. Let us know if you’re traveling with younger adventurers so we can tailor the experience accordingly.
