Winter Ski Safari in the Dolomites
If you love skiing, then at least once in your life you have to experience a ski safari!
Ski your way through the Dolomites, valley to valley, crossing some of the most iconic locations — from the Altopiano dello Sciliar, through Val Gardena, the Marmolada, the Civetta range, Cortina and the Cinque Torri, all the way to Alta Badia, Val di Fassa and Carezza!
This multi-day adventure can take place entirely on-piste within the Dolomiti Superski area, or go off-piste into the backcountry — your choice!
We offer you a fun-filled ski journey through the Dolomites by day, and cozy nights spent in a mix of charming hotels and mountain huts in the most scenic and authentic spots.

3 SKI SAFARI TRAVEL OPTIONS
1 - BACKPACKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The most adventurous and budget-friendly and eco-conscious option is to ski with a backpack and move around the Dolomiti Superski area using public buses.
Pack smart, pack light — here’s your list!

A small personal hygiene kit (including any personal medications, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a lightweight microfiber towel)
light sneakers for short walks (no more than 15 minutes)
a power bank and phone charging kit
a waterproof bag with a change of clothes for the evening
a second pair of gloves
a rain cover for your backpack
2 - LUGGAGE TRANSFER & PRIVATE TAXI OPTION:
The most comfortable option is to ski light and take advantage of a private taxi service for both luggage transport and the longer transfer sections.
Your bags will be transferred from one accommodation to the next, and you’ll find them waiting for you upon arrival!
A quote for the additional costs is available upon request.
Please note: This option is only available for certain ski safaris.
It is always possible for on-piste ski safaris and the Backcountry Dolomites Traverse, but not available for hut-to-hut traverses (such as the Sennes–Fanes–Braies route).

3 - SAFARI FROM A BASECAMP HOTEL
The most relaxing option is the hotel-based ski safari, where you stay in the same hotel throughout the trip with all your luggage, and set out each day to explore and ski in a different area of the Dolomiti Superski.

Please note: This option is only available for on-piste or freeride ski safaris, but not available for the Backcountry Dolomites Traverse and for the hut-to-hut traverses (such as the Sennes–Fanes–Braies route).
